Podmajersky, Inc. is a third generation family owned business dedicated to building the Chicago Arts District as an exciting new urban community.  Since 1914 the Podmajersky Family has been living in the neighborhood and working towards this goal.

Through the implementation of our unique long-range vision we will create a complete living and working environment focused on quality of life and anchored by the arts, culture and great design.  We work hard to ensure that each of our properties preserve the integrity of the surrounding environment while setting new standards of excellence in design and environmental efficiency.

The Chicago Arts District is conveniently located just five minutes south and west of the Chicago Loop along South Halsted between 16^th St. and Cermak Rd.  Over the past five decades it has been home to many fine Chicago businesses and more than 1500 creative entrepreneurs.  Furthermore, the neighborhood has been an incubator for many artists and designers who have gone on to establish national and international reputations.
